Denver, CO | Unbuilt Concept

We were invited to transform the back yard of an 1890’s brick home in the Hilltop neighborhood of Denver. Our design for a 400 sf poolhouse structure responds to the client’s request for bathing & changing space and a multi-use flex space. A simple floorplan divides the interior into a private and public space, with the public space opening to the pool via a 15 foot pocketing glass door. A subdued palette of brick and stucco pairs with the historic brick facade of the existing residence.
