Denver, CO | 2014-2016 w/ Studio B

Located in Denver’s Sunnyside neighborhood, the site is surrounded by numerous small scale, brick bungalows with large entry porches. The floorplan has been oriented around an interior courtyard space, which creates a defined street edge on the corner lot. The interior courtyard connects to three sides of the home via floor to ceiling glass walls, while the view to the sky provides a intimate connection with nature in an urban environment. A refined palette of handmade Italian brick, walnut and glass respects the historic nature of the neighborhood, while providing a modern interpretation of a brick residence. Served as project designer and lead visualization artist on the project while previously working at Studio B.
