Situated in the heart of the Pike National Forest, this 11 acre site offers dramatic experiences of pristine alpine wilderness. Working closely with R Design Land Architects, we’ve delicately placed a complex program geared toward mountain bikers and other outdoor aficionados. A new garage, office, workshop and spa have been designed around a remodeled existing private residence; along with a new picnic pavilion, a series of new guest cabins and a comprehensive landscape intervention. Familiar, yet reserved alpine architecture co-exists with the landscape as a harmonious union of nature and modern design.
