LDG Remodel

Cherry Hills Village, CO | 2021-2023

Perched gracefully upon a commanding ridge, gazing westward towards the majestic Rocky Mountains, our clients sought a contemporary rejuvenation for their sprawling Santa Fe style residence originally built in 1998. While the existing volumes of the home remained, we carefully replaced the water damaged EIFS siding with a new, lightly textured stucco application finished in a pleasant monochromatic white along with a new black tile roof and black fascias to provide a a tactile equilibrium against the luminous expanses of white.

The existing timber columns and structural elements, adorned with superfluous curves and ornaments that diverged from the house's architectural language, were gently excised and reimagined with precise rectilinear edges, rendering a crisp, yet warm and inviting counterpoint to the white and black tonal palette.

Every aperture within the home was exchanged for a All existing openings were replaced with a new, refined door & window package which bestow panoramic vistas of the mountains, seamlessly intertwining the interior spaces with a newly landscaped lawn.
